This time however, it seems somewhat more aggressive.

This virus is not going away. It never went away in Vietnam. It is merely harder to hide. The country is filled with prostitutes and crowded markets and restaurants. There is no way that they have not had a low level of virus for many months. Its just that the death rate of Vietnamese is very low compared to northern countries or first world countries. The slums of Mumbai have not had the deaths that other Indian areas have had. The people there are thinner, they are outdoors more. And they have had every virus under the sun. So they likely have immunity already.
