If he has dual citizenship, he may be subject to arrest under US law. However, if he does a Tina Turner and gives up his citizenship to live in a country where pedophilia is legal he may not be.

OK,if we're talking about Tom Hanks and Lolita Island then the fact he's a US citizen would subject him to Federal prosecution.I seem to recall having heard/read once that under US Federal law it's a crime for a US citizen to diddle an underage kid anywhere in the world.

And if Tom Hanks is,by chance,guilty of such stuff then it doesn't matter if he's renounced his US citizenship...as long as he was a US citizen while he was abusing kids.
