This is easy to explain. Since China is Communist they are basically fellow travelers with many Democrats.
Russia on the other hand has become a conservative nation, has made Orthodox Christianity its official religion, and values family and has passed laws encouraging married couples to have children and has outlawed distribution of materials recruiting minors into the homosexual lifestyle. Thus the Democrats hate Russia and blame it for everything, even though there has never been any evidence of Russia doing anything.
In further answer to your question, Chinese-controlled TikTok organized the efforts to disrupt Trump’s rally, but notice there is not a peep from the Democrats about China’s efforts to disrupt the U.S. elections.
The real bombshell is how many Democrats are receiving payments from China. If you could figure that out you would blow this wide open. I suspect a lot of Chinese money is being laundered through Black Lives Matter and ActBlue Charities.
