I have watched a lot of hearings over the years. When a witness begins a question he is allowed to finish his answer even when time runs out. Not this time. TIME IS UP SHUT UP
He wasn’t allowed to finish his answer when there was still plenty of time on the clock. He wasn’t allowed to talk, period.
