“She’s not qualified.” Natural Born citizen isn’t properly qualified itself and so doesn’t exist except in people’s minds.
She can run and if elected she can serve, just like Obama. The idea of Natural Born Citizen died with Obama and McCain.

The idea of Natural Born Citizen died with Obama and McCain. It should have been obvious when the Senate passed a resolution that declared McCain an NBC. They had attempted to included Obama's name in the resolution but it was not present when they signed it.
