I doubt that Greece could win an all out war with Turkey. Russia and Turkey are probably much more allied with each other and are more against the USA.

I don't really know. While Greece is already screwed economically and definitely can't afford a war, Turkey is already busy in multiple other places and can't really afford to put much effort into fighting Greece as well. Even if they go hot, I don't see this turning into something big unless outside forces get involved.
