If I were Biden’s camp I’d have Biden release a statement saying, “In order to put the issue to rest, I took the cognative assessment test. I aced it. And unlike the President I found it very easy.”
It'd be really great if they could actually get Biden to recite that whole comment, live on TV, without losing it after three words.
I don't think he could do it.
