Agreed that Law & Order “should” be a big issue this time around..but it seems that many (at least suburban) voters are not viewing the riots as being caused by Dem policy (eg: Dem mayors basically letting things run wild) but because of “social injustice”.

Add in the media doing their usual thing (describing the thugs as “peaceful protestors” and our side in all manner of negative language - gestapo, stormtroopers, etc), I’m not sure that L&O is going to be something that your “average” voter is going to associate with one party vs the other..

Like I said..we will see..I actually hope I’m wrong but have a sinking feeling that Nov 4 (or whenever the inevitable court battles end) is not going to be pleasant for any of us.

Are people who watch CNN, NBC etc even seeing the riots? I do not watch the propaganda press but I doubt that they show rioting. Maybe they did during the first few days. Then they created the expression “mostly peaceful” just in case their viewers saw some video of a riot on YouTube or somewhere.

Suburbanites don’t go into the city anymore because we are all working from home now. Therefore suburban voters don’t mind the violence in the cities that much. Doesn’t affect them.

I think Trump should issue a “school reopening plan” and work with governors to get the schools open. It’s a battle against the unions. The white moms want to see “a plan” from Trump.
