Immaterial. Floyd was arguably already dying. Even while prone he was able to breath and proclaim that he felt like he couldn’t breath (something you can’t do if you can’t breath).
The cop didn’t cause his death no matter how long he kept Floyd pinned. Floyd caused his death the moment he apparently shoved inadequately sealed drugs up his wazoo.
Was that found in either of his autopsies? Did the levels of drugs in his blood indicate such a rupture?
