The ,to use the term very loosely, the "gentleman" who wrote the post is a hero to those who advocate for and demand change and will rewarded for his post at his place of employment. They are also called Democrats.

This is what happens when you pay teachers squat. You get the most dedicated people who want to educate kids and you also get pathetic people like this who probably couldn’t get another job except maybe McDonald’s.
