Excluding Indians not taxed is what the constitution says about the census. Indians were considered separate nations. An literalist would see that members of other nations are excluded from the census.

They had this dunderhead’s “news conference” in the lunch room where I work today. All he did was to repeat his indecipherable platitudes as an answer to every question. This after I don’t know how long (I came in in the middle) of speechifying the same indecipherable platitudes in front of a warehouse full of what appeared to be N95 masks and other PPE’s.

I thought it strange that neither he nor the lady signing his speech had anything near a mask on their face. At least when the Cali-unicorn-ia version of Dr. Fibbin-Ouchy came on, he first undid his mask before repeating Gruesome’s indecipherable platitudes yet again.

Don’t know what else happened. I wolfed my sandwich in about 10 minutes and got the heck out of there to relieve my Goober-induced headache. I did wish I knew some ASL, since I was secretly hoping that the lady signing was telling those that can read ASL what a raving lunatic Nancy’s nephew is.

“Counting every person in our country through the Census is a principle so foundational that it is written into our Constitution,” Newsom said in a statement. “This latest action by the administration to exclude undocumented immigrants when determining representation in Congress, rooted in racism and xenophobia, is a blatant attack on our institutions and our neighbors.”

Well, he is half-right there. It is definitely important for the Census to count EVERYBODY. FedGov should have an accurate count of every single person within our borders, especially of foreigners. But, only citizens should be used for apportionment purposes. Why would non-citizens count for that? Ignoring what the Constitution says, what possible logical argument could be made for that view?

Also, how is not counting foreigners considered "racism and xenophobia"? First off, many of those foreigners (all, really) are the same race as US citizens. Or, if we want to limit it to what the President is, there's still plenty of Caucasoid foreigners in these US. So by not counting them, is that racist too? Or is this a kind of Clayton Bigsby type of thing, so still racist?

Xenophobia? Sigh the newest buzz word to go along with "racism". This isn't from fear or hatred, it's just practical, common sense. Does ANY other country on Earth give non-citizens all these benefits we do?
