There ain’t gonna be any debates. The Dems have tipped their hand on that. They are going to lay out conditions that Trump can’t possibly agree to and then Joe will refuse to show up.

Especially a government that has proven to be demonstrably WRONG on so many occasions in the very recent past.

Oh I gladly pay the delivery fee and the tip to avoid doing battle with masked idiots roaming the aisles in grocery stores.

Which is why now the Trump team should be strongly suggesting that Biden is ill with dementia and if he cannot debate or do live in person hard hitting interviews he should withdraw and let Liz Warren or Sanders be their candidate.

“What is also scary is Trump is looking a tad scared at this point...”

Acknowledging and adjusting to a political reality is hardly an exhibition of fear. It is smart.

He has not mandated masks and his position has not changed.

As we get closer to the actual election, the question stops being: “Do you like Trump?” to “Do you think the Democrat candidate would do better?”

Trump’s strategy is going to be to flood the zone with interviews, even if they are with less than friendly outlets, in order to highlight the fact that Biden is doing none.

“Except that he enables tyrannical Leftist governors who have”

Trump early on gave Governors full sway on how they handled the China Virus within their States. Nothing has changed except now the moderates see him as a man willing to be flexible.

I will now concede that perhaps the surge in COVID cases is not totally fake news. The question is is the surge a counter trend in an over all decline or are we entering a new phase and are going to eclipse the previous highs in deaths? I think this is important because I view COVID 19 as Trump’s chief rival to reelection in November.

Trump has no choice but to resist with all his power a push to shut down the economy again. So he has this fine line of showing compassion and concern but also making a case to not shut down. The media are not going to be his friend and neither will be a handful of governors.

I have no doubt that many liberal states are going to restart a shutdown. California, Pennsylvania will definitely do so. New York has no cause at all to do so, but they may push for it too. Tons of pressure and disdain will be lobbed at Florida’s governor, who I suspect will also resist a shut down.

If those numbers hold, that is definitely an Electoral College win for Trump.

If he can shore up his Indie vote, especially with women, he wins even bigger than last time.
