That would be highly useful for Joe Biden, he needs the chat stimulation to complete a speech or interview. But Biden would still mess up. Hopefully his brain matter won't be donated for such a cause (ab-normal).

Zap directly to the pleasure center of the brain!
Of course like so many things overuse will deaden the nerve, so keep increasing the voltage until that part of the brain is fried.
What does the addict do then, when pleasure is dead for them, assuming they survive?
I’m not seeing this sort of cyborg activity as progress.
