The title may in fact be incorrect, and inappropriate. But it doesn’t matter about skin tone in this context of social justice and justice reform. He’s talking about people being “predators” (put it up with Hillary’s ‘superpredators’ comment); that people cannot be rehabilitated...His solution back then was more police and longer stints in prison.

I completely agree, the content of the speech is terrible on its own merits. Lying about it now completely undermines the detrimental effect it could have on Biden's campaign. Attaching the completely false narrative that it is "Joe Biden Being a Racist - Blacks Must Be Socialized or Become Predators" effectively nullifies the damage it could and should do to Biden's popularity and electoral chances. This fake-news title is a lie that ultimately undermines us, not Joe Biden or the Democrats.

It undermines the guy who posted the video with that title. Put in the right and true context it is damaging to Biden. I’m sure the video exists without all that person’s editing, and I’m sure we’ll be seeing clips of the speech again in campaign ads.
