Hey Cuomo, if several people at a restaurant are seated at a table taking in food,
1. They are mingling and not isolating anyways.
2. They can't comply with that compulsory face mask diktat. Why? Cause you can't eat and have a face mask on at the same time,unless you happen to be an insect. (Some people say Cuomo is in reality an insect.)
3. It is totally irrelevant whether they eat potato chips or drink as to whether they contract coronavirus or not.
What a bloody genius Cuomo is. He is almost as mentality retarded as Fauci.
My favorite new edict is this one, re: wine tasting at wineries (I live near Napa and this is one of my favorite hobbies).
Normally a wine tasting involves about 5-6 tastes of wine, with a couple of “revisits” perhaps. The wine pourer pre-covid would pour into a single glass for that guest, one taste at a time. Whites first and then reds.
Now, post-covid, wineries must PROVIDE A NEW GLASS FOR EVERY SINGLE TASTE.
So they have to wash TWELVE TO FOURTEEN glasses for me and my husband instead of two.
And when wine is poured, the bottle does not touch the glass. There is no reason at all for this edict that I can think of.
I know the bureaucrats who wrote up this edict have either never done wine tasting or have never washed wine glasses.
