Do you think that HAARP has something to do with the rain in China? If coordinated properly, longitudinal beams can either create low or high pressure zones in the atmosphere and affecting the weather one way or another. Well, just wondering.

nope, i think its just bad rains and the problems that occur whenyou put dams all over places that didn’t have them before
the mississippi and its tributaries have problems all the time and we have dams of all kinds all up and down them
