Can you give me even one example of any Tea Party protest (and there were thousands of tgem), where they engaged in arson looting destruction and murder?

And was the man who claimed he was detained engaging in arson, looting, destruction, or murder? If so then why wasn't he charged?

Set the precedent and any future administration, Republican or Democrat, can abuse it.

Anybody wearing a hardhat/riot gear at night after 45 straight days of rioting/political violence in downtown Portland is engaging in a conspiracy and deserving of arrest. I couldn’t care less why he wasn’t charged. That federal police are apparently finally engaging antifa can only be a good thing.

Thirteen people have been charged by the federals so far on a range of public order offences. Some were let go without charges. Not everyone who is arrested is charged. That has always been the case in law enforcement.
Bottom line: Rioters looters arsonists anarchists will be hunted down charged and put inside for a long time.
Other peaceful protesters can protest 24/7 for all I care.
