A ton of articles (and even posts, right here) mentioned how refrigerated trucks were taking over Houston, at hospitals, due to overloaded morgues.
I researched and could only find one hospital mentioned in reports. One hospital in North Houston, which is no where near the Houston Medical Center.
I’d like to see a refrigerated truck actually being loaded up, in Houston.

It has been official CDC policy since 24 March 2020.

What does that paragraph mean?
It means that ALL presumed cases of COVID-19, and ALL presumed deaths from COVID-19, are reported as confirmed cases and confirmed deaths.
It means that before the CDC changed the rules, presumed COVID-19 cases were reported in a separate category.
Yes, the false reporting of deaths as corona-deaths is a much bigger problem. CDC adds and encourages "presiumed" corona-death in their counts.
I hate the way the government incentivizes fraud. He well will give you xxx dollars for every COVID “case”. What could possible go wrong???

Keep in mind the chart includes a modeled addition for yet-to-be-reported deaths. That makes up for the lag in reporting by various jurisdixtions although it is subject to change.

100% correct.
It is official CDC policy to count 100% of pneumonia deaths, and 100% of Acute Respiratory Distress Syndrome (ARDS) deaths as COVID-19 deaths - if COVID-19 is also present, or if COVID-19 is presumed to be present.

What does that mean?
It means that “UCOD” (Underlying Cause of Death) is always COVID-19, which is always the final cause of death.

Bottom Line...
Compare that to how the CDC counts influenza and common cold deaths.
Less than 10% of pneumonia + influenza deaths are classified as influenza deaths!
