Firing wild shots through the neighborhood, if true, deserves a fine.

Lucky if it's just a fine, he's been charged with aggravated assault, a felony. I know I'm in the minority here, but while he was justified beating the cr*p out of man man, once he escaped the house and was fleeing he was no longer a threat. He shouldn't have shot up the neighborhood, that's going to get you charged just about anywhere in the country. Any gunowner should know that. He's lucky he didn't kill anyone. Maybe he can cut a deal for illegal discharge or a misdemeanor assault.

Didn’t realize he shot up the neighborhood.
I’d still let him off for temporary lack of judgement in the face of what was happening with his daughter.

And I’m still not happy with the state going after him.
