Because the alternate is to believe that Trump is doing NOTHING but tweeting and taking things from day to day as it comes.

That's not the Donald I know.

That he had a plan from day one is the only thing that makes sense. And as I understand it from the letter guy makes perfect sense (and has been proven time and time again).
