She and her brother settled, signed an agreement and an NDA, almost 20 years ago. The terms of the will are not truly the issue; or she would have lodged an appeal.
The issue is that some commie moneybags has offered a vulnerable, mentally unstable, female Democrat (but I repeat myself) enough money to overthrow the NDA for the political purposes of yet another attempt to take down Trump in an election year.
The biggest loser in this melee will be Mary Trump. And not from any counterpunch or lawsuit by her uncle. She will have betrayed all the rest of her family, including her only sibling. And as an aging, childless, unmarried, reportedly lesbian individual, her toughest years lay ahead of her, with no family of origin in her corner.
