Pual is a Liberation and not a Conservative. He has to be watched.

Right now I agree with him more than anybody else. He’s been very consistent.
We need to get the heck out of endless wars. 20 years and over 1 Trillion dollars spent in Afghanistan not to mention thousands of American lives is enough. Let them fix their own problems.
Plus Paul as well as Cruz run in 2016. They can hit the ground running.

Rand Paul is an outlier. He will never be a leader in the party because he is not a big spender.

The political parties in this country siphon money from the government. The Dems siphon it from the social programs. The republicans siphon it from the military.

Rand is not a big military spender. He wants the troops to come home. Spending trillions to contain Iran and China are not a good investment—unless you take money from the “machine.”

I know so many retired Colonels and Generals who are hip deep into working with government contractors it is embarrassing. They take their near six figure retirement and augment it will a near $200k “consulting” company...consulting with the MIC. It is sickening. They are good people, but they owe their livelihood to the republican party, and continual war.

There are very few Republicans worth voting for. There are NO Democrats worth voting for. GW had the right idea—no poilitical parties.

I know exactly how she can “position” herself.

What is a “free trade traitor”
You got to try harder than that.
His positions on trade sound eminently reasonable to me.

You will find that almost all Americans want the troops back home from Afghanistan. Rand Paul has been advocating that for over 10 years.
That is a stupid war. It hasn't done any good to anybody.
You forget that the GOPe will not determine the winner. If they did Trump wouldn't be President.

If you can't or don't acknowledge that the last 30 years of no tariffs, off shoring and de industrialization caused by free trade has been and still is an ongoing economic disaster then I can't help you. Get out of the R party and form a real L party.

Free Trade and the De-Industrialization of the United States

Allen West for President. Would like for Trump to appoint him to a high profile position so he can gain name recognition and a more prominent press presence. What a formidable candidate he’d be....true Conservative, religious values, military experience, and can out-debate any democrat around. He’d dress down antifa and the radical liberals like no other candidate could. The democrat strangle-hold on the African-American vote would take a serious blow with President West !

All these generals and military industrial big spenders you are talking about...how many votes do they have in the GOP primaries?
Republican primary voters hate those guys.
The only valid point you can make is that Paul may find it hard to raise campaign money from big business. That would be true. But look at Bernie Sanders, he raised more money than anyone else in the Dem primaries before he dropped out, almost all from his small donor fans.

I was very strong on the two citizen parent = natural born citizen parent several years ago.
However close reading of the historical material reveals that a wife and children assumed the Father’s nationality & allegiance upon marriage. In this interpretation Ivana’s date of citizenship would be no obstacle.

Ivana had been resident in USA many years & had been subject to US law. She was in the process of pursuing citizenship for many of those years. In earlier times, once the statutes had been amended to consider the mother having a unique nationality, the second spouse was not a hindrance to natural born citizenship if they were pursuing permanent US status.

There is enough precedent that I do not believe the Trump boys would be barred from the Presidency.

I read the Rand Paul link at the link you put there. His positions on trade sound quite reasonable to me.
Free trade by itself is fine. As long as everyone is playing by the same rules which they had not in past years.
The Republican Party has always been the free trade party.
So instead of going hysterical and stupid, you may want to read up on where the GOP has stood on trade.

Pompeo is my choice, too. I like Pence but I’d replace him with Pompeo in a heartbeat. Get him primed and ready for 2024. It won’t be Pence in 2024.

she has positioned herself as a national leader within the Republican party.

Wrong. The Chamber of Commerce has done this.

Obviously our elected and appointed who swore an oath to uphold the Constitution won’t uphold it or we would not have been subjected to the Kenyan from Indonesia.

I don’t vote for ineligible candidates.

The GOP is globalist and has sold out American industry you buffoon. This is why Trump WON in '16. Where f have you been? Trump was the first politician to stand up against Bushie globalist sell out to the 3rd world. Lie-bertarians went right along with it.

L's aren't always wrong. Every now and then they get it right.

"The Utah Republican said it was “greatly disappointing" that Kentucky Sen. Rand Paul’s objection Thursday blocked his bill to end per-country caps on employment-based green cards from advancing by unanimous consent."

I wouldn't trust her as far as she would fall from the pedestal the RINOs and the corrupt media have placed her on.

Face palm!
Trump won in 2016 not because he wanted to stop trade. He won in part because he wanted to renegotiate unfair trade agreements which he ha, with USMCA and trade agreements with Korea Japan China etc.
Other reasons Trump won include but not limited to
1. Supreme Court judges.
2. The Deep State
3. Deregulation
Etc etc.
It was never about stopping trade with anybody.
