Teachers are not getting a pay cut...
I would not mind if they get a pay cut because they refuse to work in the classroom...
However, no school board will ever try to cut the pay because teachers are not in classroom...Unions will complain...Many people are on the school board because of union support...
As far as I understand it, the teachers get full pay and time off. Sweet deal!
