Truer words were never spoken! They will “love” you only if you agree 100% with them. 99% is not good enough. Say the wrong thing on even one issue, and the left will try to destroy your career, and your life.
The old-time Republicans (Eisenhower, Nixon, etc.) would have been enraged by what happened to this daughter. And the old-time Democrats (Truman, JFK, etc.) would have been equally enraged.
But now with the single exception of Trump, no one in power seems to care.

politely disagree with one abput anything, and find out. for example, try turning down donating to a gay cause at work by a open homosexual coworker. See how quickly their attitude turns on you.
