Reasonable request. Essentially asking the government to be specific.
This.
Perhaps...
But, like Sullivan, she's a leftist hack who could very well be looking for a loophole to drag Stone back to jail...
Welllll, judge, you had a corrupt kangaroo court with a tainted jury head and Trump felt since you decided to destroy an innocent man,he would make it right again..Oh that’s okay your honor,no need to thank Trump for doing your job
Dear amy. He doesn’t have to go to prison. Thanks for asking.
Hilarious! You think think the commie judge is going to accept the “government’s” explanation!
Not reasonable on one day’s notice.
Correct. She probably received an inquiry from the US Probation Office about whether they had to supervised Stone on probation. Not a big deal.
Reasonable request.

Was 40 months in prison, along with 24 months of supervised release and a $20,000 fine “reasonable too?
Reasonable request.... might be after they have the actual criminals ... dem criminals are behind bars.
Until then, you Trump haters dont qualify to make judgments on this side. Clean up your mess first!
It is not a reasonable request. The President’s power to pardon and grant clemency is plenary, meaning it is absolute. U.S. Constitution, Article II, Section 2: The President...shall have power to grant reprieve and pardons for offenses against the United States. That means all cases tried in federal court.
I agree with you, but also suspect that Berman may try to enhance whatever remaining elements are available.
