3 States Account for 42 Percent of All COVID-19 Deaths in America. Why?
Foundation for Economic Education ^ | 7/10/2020 | John Miltimore

Few may have noticed that 42 percent of all COVID deaths in the US come from just three states—New Jersey, New York, and Massachusetts. These three states account for nearly 56,000 of the nearly 133,000 deaths in the US, even though they represent just 10 percent of the population. If these three states are excluded, the US suddenly finds itself somewhere in between nations such as Luxembourg (176/1M) and Macedonia (166/1M), where some of the better fatality numbers in Europe are found.

Why have New York, New Jersey, and Massachusetts suffered so much more than other US states? We don’t yet know the answer to that question, but evidence suggests it could be policy related.

...

Secondly, there is currently a great deal of scrutiny on states such as Florida, Texas, and Arizona, which have seen case numbers increase in recent weeks, a spike that began in mid-June after states reopened their economies. The implication is that these states dropped the ball by reopening too soon.

None of these states, however, has a per capita fatality rate that even approaches New Jersey, Massachusetts, or New York.

...

Considering these numbers, one would not expect to see a governor from New Jersey, New York, or Massachusetts lecture these other states on their handling of the coronavirus. But that’s exactly what Gov. Cuomo did, claiming his state-ordered lockdown “saved lives” and chastening governors who opened their economies.

“I say to them all look at the numbers,” Cuomo said, referring to leaders in the states seeing rises in COVID-19 cases. “You played politics with this virus, and you lost. You told the people of this state, you told the people of this country, the White House, ‘Don’t worry about it. Go about your business.’”

The Rats “cook the books” on COVID shows EXACTLY what they do with vote counts.

Rats need to be exterminated. The foundation of America is TRUTH (“We hold these TRUTHS...”). Anyone and any organization that does not value TRUTH is a foreign invader, a cancer, a COVID.

Because Cuomo, the Executioner, killed all those old people in the nursing homes he ordered to take COVID patients.

You’re full of it.

I lived in NYS, CNY specifically, and people were and are diligent about washing hands

New Jersey is the most densely-populated state in the union and Massachusetts is the third. NY state is number 7 on the list. state.1keydata.com

But NYC where many if not most of the COVID deaths are from, is NOT 7th.

Looking at NYS as a whole skews the numbers in a very unrealistic fashion.

The population density in NY varies widely, from packed NYC, to desolate Adirondacks Park, the North Country, parts of the Southern Tier in the Alleghany Mountains.

Take NYC out of the mix and NYS's numbers aren't so bad.

NYC should be treated as its own entity.

Some of the permanent effects of this disease are so debilitating that the victims might actually wish they were dead. And the numbers seem to be turning out to be much greater than the death numbers.

The effects include the well-publicized lung damage, but also heart, liver, kidney, blood, testicular, and brain damage, and perhaps peripheral nerves as well.

Along with its high contagion rate, and the sneaky way it stays undetected for up to 24 days, it is a science-fiction-type monster.

At least with the Texas and Arizona problem I believe that the sudden surge is from cross-border traffic. It is harvest season when people are coming over to pick crops at this time of year.

Do those death-dealing states have in common the practice of calling anyone who dies who tested positive for the WuFlu as having died from WuFlu--even if the death was caused by a car accident rather than the virus? That, I believe, is a policy designed to collect a $35K bounty per WuFlu corpse from Uncle Sam.

Do all those states have that policy? That, besides having massive elderly populations and crass governors, might explain the pattern.

Interesting:

Moreover, the actual number of nursing home deaths in New York is difficult to know, since New York changed its reporting so that nursing home residents who die of COVID-19 are not counted as a nursing home death if they die at a hospital.

It’s really too bad you don’t understand what the importance of “flattening the curve” was. It kept our health system from being overrun, which would have resulted in people dying in the streets like in China, and in their homes, with no one to give them even palliative care. It was not fun to watch these people die.

In short, a true nightmare.

The “flattening” idea, when it was understood by our citizens, made us better able to fight an almost overwhelming human disaster, and so we recovered better and got our numbers down and remain one of the lowest-affected states right now, while those who thought us to be some kind elite privileged overeducated snots are now dying like flies.

When South Korea figured out that hand washing was a critical factor and implemented strict protocols (as in, people were not allowed to enter office buildings without washing their hands at a provided station outside), their case rate - which had been looking ominous - dropped like a stone.

Doubt it was that. Thery wore masks. Looking the super spreading events, none were surface-only. Some like the church choir were aerosol-only.

Germans don’t wear masks and their CFR’s are similar to SK and Japan!! Its all in how you count deaths, died with it or OF it.
