Since it’s legal to defecate in public these days I think it would be a hoot to pay a bu... er I an undomiciled individual a few bucks to empty his bowels on one of these ‘murals’ and record it and post to social media.

Not in California. The 9th circuit court says in the Boise decision that public defecation is a ok.
