Why would the prisoners stay in Califoria? Hmmm..They live there, they get pandered to and coddled in CA, the freebies CA offers, their paroles forbid them from leaving the state, and if they they're illegals, all the benefits etc...

C’mon down and make yourselves at home. Newsom will be in his gated mansion with armed guards while watching the carjacking and home invasion news stories and rape victims’ interviews, until he gets bored and turns off the TV. Nothing good on tonight.

Just in time to join the looting! Right.
Plus Trump rallies can cause significant rise in Covid cases, in the news story today. But "protests" and looting caused no such thing. Does anybody really believe that?
