I have done that. As soon as I read about this virus on FR - back in January - I started on several supplements like Olive Leaf Extract, NAC, 25 mg Zinc, Glutathione, Rx vit D, Querciten with Bromelain. I eat healthy food: low carb to maintain low sugar. Moderate exercise. I tend to have body inflammation b/o h/o autoimmune.

You are definitely going to get through any exposure to covid so well. Bravo! Oregano essential oil is another great one to have. It was part of the famous thieves oil in the Black Plague, so called because the robbers who stole valuables out of the homes of the sick and dead would put it onto cloths and cover their faces and go in and get the goods. And never got sick. No need to ingest it but at the slightest symptom you can diffuse it in water (in a diffuser) near your bed, as well as rubbing it straight onto the soles of your feet Before bed. (Can add socks but dont have to - beware though that you not get up and possibly slip on a hard floor in the night) If you were to rub it on other skin areas, say your chest, youd want to dilute it greatly with a carrier oil.
