If the city can paint a political message on a street, shouldn’t others be allowed to do the same?

Didn’t New York City look pretty trashy a few years ago when subway cars and a lot of other things were covered with graffiti? New Yorkers didn’t like that, did they?

Judicial Watch sued DC when they asked for the same privilege and were told no.

What’s happening now is outrageous. City streets aren’t the property of the party in power to use as their own billboards.
