We are in uncharted waters here. Neither Sullivan or the appellate court have the jurisdiction to force the AG to prosecute a case it does not want to.Does the court then appoint a special prosecutor because they do not like the decision of the AG? The court then becomes prosecutor by proxy and due process runs off the tracks.
