Fauci struck a different note than he did a day earlier in an interview with The Wall Street Journal when he said states should consider shutdowns.
“I think any state that is having a serious problem, that state should seriously look at shutting down,” he said Wednesday. “It’s not for me to say because each state is different.”
On Thursday, though, he softened his remarks, saying, “I would hope we don’t have to resort to shutdown.”
He added that shutdowns “would not be viewed very favorably.”
That means he got rebuked by either Trump or Pence after the first statement. And just like he did in that hearing with Rand Paul when challenged he starts weaseling.
Fauci is a bureaucrat and nothing more he has not been in the medical field for DECADES he is simply full of shit, has no idea what the hell he is talking about!! On my next door app I have seen people call him absolutely BRILLIANT what the hell has he done ONE TIME that was brilliant!! He is a bloviating BIG FAT NOTHING!!!
