The second case is a pure Trump win, Congress loses.

It’s much closer to a real win, but that’s not entirely right about the Congressional case. The seven justices in the majority didn’t bar it entirely, they just said that the lower courts did not take adequate account of the separation of powers concerns and remanded, so there will still be some nonsense going on about that unless the Dems just give it up. Alito and Thomas dissented and would have made it a solid victory for Trump.
