Former NFL star and activist Colin Kaepernick marked July Fourth by sharing a video of actor James Earl Jones reciting Frederick Douglass's historic speech, "What to the Slave is the Fourth of July" with Kaepernick calling the holiday a "celebration of white supremacy."
The video shows images of the Declaration of Independence, slaves, Klu Klux Klan members, lynchings and police brutality as Jones's voice narrates in the background: "Fellow-citizens, pardon me, allow me to ask, why am I called upon to speak here to-day? What have I, or those I represent, to do with your national independence? Are the great principles of political freedom and of natural justice, embodied in that Declaration of Independence, extended to us?"
You know, I did not even realize that he was black until he started kneeling. I just never thought about it.
Fine young black man from a white suburban family
THis has never been about police violence which these celebs heavily depend on to kill any ghetto person trying to wander near their properties, this is about stealing AMerican from the people and shting on the people’s 4th of july.

Colin- two action verbs and a personal pronoun-
Another way of saying they’re going after the Constitution.
Seems like I read somewhere that it was 13 tons.
Kind of disgusting when you read about it.
It is not lampshades, but not far off. 260,000 lbs That has to be from 500,000 people. THAT is what they stopped and found. Think of the 95% that gets through.
