They have to be "welcomed" by the government. In this case, Nancy Pelosi et. al. I believe that's what the fall 2019 Pelosi "delegation" to the U.N. was really about - climate change was just cover.
So you get retired military, Brennan, Clapper, Comey and Pelosi, Schumer, and other traitors all saying the country is leaderless, falling into rioting, and their claims that Trump is "killing" Americans and has no policy etc. This signalling to the U.N. started from day 1 of the Trump administration with accusations on up to present day. The U.N. accepts complaints confidentially - I think Pelosi's Fall 2019 effort resulted in a private meeting wherein their delegation stood up and provided all the fabricated info they've built so far to see if the U.N. "had enough" to work with. It would explain why Trump trolled the delegation.

The way the U.N. does what it does - claim to "assist" a struggling government, in this example, let's say it's Haiti. So the UN sent "unilateral troops" (U.N. members) in for a temporary 3 month assignment. During that time the troops prop up the coup government and "secure" resistance. WHen they've controlled the situation, they then signal permanents troops who enter the country with the temporary troops ensuring the door is open. In the case of Haiti, that was the Argentine army. During that army's "peace keeping efforts" for the U.N., the army ignored a massacre in broad daylight of citizens at a soccer match, and other rapes, murders and just remained to prop up the coup government and make Haiti a vassal of the U.N.
It's going on world wide. It's how they are taking over governments.
I believe the issue of the 2nd Amendment rights protest was created for the purpose of getting U.N. "assistance" into the US and at the same time, justifying the disarming of the public ("behind every blade of grass"). The set up with the supposed "kill pen" was just the same street tactic used to overthrow the Ukrainian government - they had a town square and snipers and boom! Civil unrest. I imagine our CIA was responsible for both. But patriots showed up and Antifa hid.
The U.N. tried to use the race riots and opened an "urgent" meeting session to discuss the issue of racial injustice and police brutality in the U.S. During that time, the Deep State was doing all it could to get photos of fires/destruction at the White House and other venues to "prove" that the U.S. was dangerously leaderless.
The need for a photo op justification for UN intervention why the full court press to strip DC of troops, remove NG hotel accommodations in DC, Esper's order that the NG trade out hard helmets for soft caps and eliminate guns (can't take them into DC). Locked and loaded. But Trump had snipers walk conspicuously through foot traffic into White House grounds and strangely, the effort to riot successfully failed.
China is essentially rotting from the inside out now that Trump has reworked the trade agreements that propped up their economy at teh expense of ours. China is desperate and a permanent member of the U.N. security council. I'm sure China would be willing to pretend to "put aside trade disagreements" for the good of "peace" in the U.S.
The media, fanning the idea the US was collapsing, and the U.N. having an urgent meeting - they were pushing to come " help us" cease to be a world power.

At that same time, Dan Bongino reported that some in the top levels of the m ilitary were talking about mutiny. The former CIA in this interview was overwrought because he understood the threat we were facing:
But most Americans believe it can't happen here. There are people from Venezuela interviewing on Twitter saying they firmly believed as we did. They watched their statues come down under riots and still believed they could not be overthrown. They warn Americans to wake up.
It looks like Trump's handling of the riots (withholding the ability for the Deep State to get photo ops falsely portraying jack booted troops beating innocent protesters) denied the U.N. their excuse, for now.

But they will keep trying, the MSM and other corrupt organizations will keep helping. This tactic has been on the front burner since before Trump took office: accusations he stole the election; accusations he conspired with Russia; accusations he was asleep re coronavirus; accusations was hiding re riots; accusations he was inciting riots; accusations ad naseum that the U.S. is "leaderless."
The verbiage never makes real sense; the President was holding daily Covid-19 briefings, setting up field hospitals and directing "mercy" ships to dock in hard hit areas as Pelosi and other traitors shrieked into the cameras that "nothing's happening, there is no plan, Americans are dying, Trump is hiding." We weren't the intended audience for that.
Those accusations don't have to be true - they just have to be publicized enough for the U.N. to intervene. Resistance to U.N. troops in the U.S. would be framed as resistance to peace keeping efforts. It's how they do. They portray patriots as coup participants that must be defeated. The MSM is ready to help with the needed "footage".
It would take both internal treason and collaboration with our external enemies, and "unilateral troops" to get the gates open for "temporary assistance".
Many have no idea how close we are to that attempt. It's only because they are losing and won't have enough power to make the effort if they wait much longer that they are working this strategy still.
I believe China would lead the "unilateral troops" supplied by the U.N. But other enemies would eagerly help because it would take treason on the inside and collusion on the outside, all while the public is locked down/threatened with arrest or worse for resistance. We live in interesting times. I hope more wake up to what's going on.
