Trump has not purged all the Obama generals the way Democrat Presidents purge the military officer corps whenever they are in office which is why it took so long to begin to get a leg up in Iraq. A Democrat presidency this time will cull the ranks of the officer corps in the first six months in preparation for Transforming America over the following year.
