I strongly suspect that the owner’s lawyers are going to hit Mayor Stoney & the Richmond City government with a HUGE civil suit, including requesting that the jury award the PUNITIVE DAMAGES. - Such cases take time to prepare for court.

I really hope they can and do sue. Jackson’s life is truly a remarkable story. It is a sad state of affairs when Virginia history is being trashed. I’m guessing he’s going to be pulled from Manassas Battlefield and VMI- perhaps the whole battlefield needs to crashed. I wonder if they will remove the army of Northern Virginia memorial at Gettysburg next...
