So, the mayor did the work of the mob so they wouldn’t have to exert themselves.

I'm OK with statues being taken down legally - by process.

I'm not OK with thug rule which is what we're had for the last month. The thugs who took the law into their own hands - will do it again. Next time they might burn down our homes or murder our children.

Antifa is a domestic terrorists group... They have zero respect for our laws or for us.

Polls show two-thirds of Americans support Confederate monuments, so I imagine Columbus and Jefferson, etc. have huge support. Exactly whose will are these local Democratic politicians serving?

Since the word “ohio” also means ‘good morning’ in Japanese, are folks going to demand that the state be renamed because it is a cultural appropriation from Japan?

So sad. I remember when that statute was donated to the city and erected with great ceremony. Though I was only 5 or 6 at the time, I do remember the event.

I was born and raised in Columbus. It used to be such a nice place. I believe it was one of the first "All American Cities," back when that designation was popular. So much has changed since I left in 1971, I hardly recognize the place. The squalor and deterioration of the areas around downtown are pathetic.
