Again, I was looking at the person saying the statement and cannot imagine that person being able to kneecap a small chihuahua, much less a human of any kind.
Not for lack of desire, but lack of ability.
The threat is what matters. She can have an accomplice, she can motivate others, she can bring a weapon.
