There were some articles, I think one was posted here. But mostly in Jewish publications. Not of interest to major media, after all the rioters were the aggrieved parties, and the Synagogues just happened to be there. Not sure I've heard it on radio or tv either. Kind of like de Blasio's attacks on the Jewish community in NY.

Odd, it's still New York City and New York State, despite being named after James II, duke of York and duke of Albany. And most importantly for a commercial center like NYC, a capitalist himself, head of the Royal African Company. NYC's namesake sold fine slaves, branded with either DY or RAC, and thought to have brought more slaves to our shores than any of their competitors.
