TO THE JURY: I felt that my life was in danger. I saw what happened to Reginald Denny, a hardworking, family man driving a truck, when he stopped for "protesters" (making quote mark signs with fingers here) and the rioters dragged him from his truck and killed him by smashing his head in with a cinderblock. I have asked my attorney if it would be possible to watch the video of that happening as I made my statement to the jury, and he agreed to arrange it. Since this happened, I have downloaded this chart and studied it in advance so I would know the correct course of action, and I followed it as best I could during this incident."
