There is absolutely NO upside to Trump getting involved in this. As other FReepers have pointed out, he would just be demonized by all sides.
This is a City issue. County and State at most.
We have “levels” of government for some very good reasons.

I understand your point. Antifa in league with the City government of Seattle and the State government of Washington are deliberately trying to create another “Kent State” which can be blamed on Trump. They are also trying to make Trump look weak, and to American voters wonder if maybe the anarchy would stop if we just gave up and let Biden in.
For everyone here who keeps saying that Trump should just let the chaos continue - would you feel that way if you had spent years building a small business in that part of Seattle? How about if you had family living there?
This has all been carefully planned for years. Compliant anarchists have been well funded and placed into positions of power for just this purpose. It’s becoming a no-win scenario for Trump. I do believe that our president is smart enough to find a way to win here though.
