The people gathering the data and compiling the statistics have made so many major blunders that I don't trust the so called data and then the conclusions.

There is a very common error is statistics and data gathering where there is a change in the trend, the assumption is that something changed. When, what actually happened, is data gathering methods changed.

I am hearing a lot about people being tested positive for the virus but not having any symptoms or testing positive for the antibodies. Also, I have heard that the test is unreliable. There are also people who don't what a return to normalcy.

There is another common error is statistics where people are not objective about the data and will skew (or interpret) the data in a direction that they either knowingly or unknowingly desire.

Both of these conditions have happened and continue to happen.
