Then go get your doctorate and masters degrees spend 6 years in residency and fellowship. Stand at beside of thousands of critically ill people and tell me then your opinion.

Help write a textbook in critical care and contribute to the real literature and then we will talk. I have done all those things so I merely try to educate this with an internet connection and you demonstrate yourself to be not only uneducable but am assh*le on top of it

I respect your knowledge. Having treated many poor, suffering souls myself, I understand your intolerance. My father-in-law, surgeon and excellent diagnostician, warned against taking medical advice from the NY Times (he died in the 80’s).
