From the comments on Schellenberg’s book comes a description of the root of the problem:

“Schellenberg concludes with the observation that “the trouble with the new environmental religion is that it has become increasingly apocalyptic, destructive, and self-defeating.”
How many people on this board have pointed out that environmental extremism is just a false religion, basically a form of Neo-paganism?
