There's so much wrong with the above statement it's impossible to fully unpack. Wrong solutions based on wrong premises may be emotionally palliative but will never lead to any solutions or benefits. Coach Krazyzewski is possibly sincere in his belief that he's giving us an answer but, more likely, he's just throwing the nation under the bus to protect his white rear end.
Two things must be said in response:
1) No country in the history of humanity has worked harder to redress racial abuse than the United States of America; CW1 was not fought over parking spaces. And,
2) The demand to modify and perfect human nature has been a rallying cry of every totalitarian system on earth. It can't be done but its attempt will kill large swaths of humanity.
It is good, Butterfly, to numerically designate the Civil War{s}.
