Conservatives and free speech supporters are increasingly becoming sick of the tech tyranny coming from companies such as Twitter, which keep censoring and suspending people’s accounts when they don’t tow the Leftist line. As such, the popularity of Parler, a new alternative which welcomes all viewpoints, has been skyrocketing in the last few weeks.
The newest big-name addition came in the last few hours, as Senator Ted Cruz announced he’d be moving over to Parler, advocating ending Silicon Valley censorship and promoting free speech.
Of course not, but like it or not politicians will get nailed for promoting a site that allows that stuff.
It's fish in a barrel stuff for Dem political operatives.
Exactly, and any site that doesn't police that kind of stuff will be overrun.
Just as predictably, Google, Youtube, or another Soros shill will buy them out at some point and the Purge will begin.
You read sites that link to "the Bulwark"? Same problem.
It's exactly what I've been telling you happens with unmoderated sites.
Let me weigh the benefit of social media sites getting destroyed versus their creating the illusion that the vast majority of people in America agree with evil perverted sh*t they peddle.
Don't see a problem. If my choice is between these vermin propaganda sites getting destroyed, or allowing them to create the illusion of very evil ideas being popular, i'll take the "let them get destroyed" position.
Banning them from censoring is a win win, no matter which way you look at it.
Must be awkward getting a haircut with your fingers stuck in your ears.
I have mixed feelings about the Twitter exodus. While Twitter is a very hostile platform for conservatives, I feel that we are "abandoning the battlefield" so to speak.
People are much nicer on Parler but like here on Free Republic, there are no converts to be won. So we end up arguing about silly stuff like who was the best rock guitarist.

It is Twitter without the liberal insanity.
And that’s exactly how they should market it, a Conservative alternative. But that means keeping the kooks out, when inevitable the Leftists try to infiltrate and post a bunch of racist crap.
There are many sources of noise in the world, but not so many for rational thought.
Bulwark are "never Trumpers". What possible advice could they have for us to which we should listen?
Vote Biden over Trump? Anyone that feels we should toss aside our only hope for normalcy is either insane, a fool, or on the other side.
Liberals are as dumb as a bag of hammers. Arguing with them is totally futility, so we only have each other to argue with.

I might do it, just to support the president and to support this wave that is demonstrating that the behemoths like twitter can be toppled. Still considering it.
If I do, I will be using an old android phone that no longer has a cell account. I’ll run it on wifi with a VPN, and sign up with a google store account using a burner email address.
If Biden wins in 2020 and the dems take the Senate back, a the deep state/DNC cabal will be making a LOT of lists.
