How is it that in one-party states such as New York, where Republicans get elected to major office about twice between Haley’s Comet appearances, there is always “black voter suppression”? Who does the suppressing?
In NY City...the accusation probably would be that the Puerto Ricans did the suppressing.
In Demonrat locales, it ain’t who does the voting. It’s who does the COUNTING.
