One of the appeals judges was an Obama appointee. The objective all along has been to force Trump to pardon Flynn so they Left can continue its narrative about Trump’s “corruption.”
To me, that seems too large an explanation. Judge Sullivan likely has idiosyncratic reasons that are hard for us to discern in full.
