A question to fellow freepers. My best guess is that the Flynn case is all about silencing him. The court has, for about four years, stifled his free speech rights. The continuing prosecution of a minor crime (at best) keeps him from speaking.
Can others (his wife, son, friend) legally speak on his behalf?
Can he leak to say a John Soloman type reporter?
Can Trump make it known that on his last day in office or upon completion of sentencing that a pardon will be given?
Maybe Flynn, by calling into 3 Conservative talk-show hosts yesterday to thank them for their support, is telling the Deep State:
“Hi there, remember me?”
